At Crochetaura.com, we take immense pride in the handmade nature of our products. Every item is woven with care. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Please note that Custom Orders (items made with specific colors, sizes, or names requested by you) are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We put a lot of work into personalized pieces, so please double-check your requirements before confirming.

3. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately at wajihaseo7@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (+92 312 0932253) with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us first. Do not send the product back without our confirmation. Once approved, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original method of payment or bank transfer within 7-10 working days.
